Bay View Terrace is a comfortable 3 bedroom double storey townhouse situated in De Waterkant, between Green Point and the City, overlooking the Cape Town Waterfront and at the foot of the Signal Hill – prime location. You will enjoy an awesome views of Table Mountain while relaxing in your bath in the upstairs en-suite main bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath, basin, shower and separate toilet, leading onto a balcony from where you will have an unimpeded 180 degree view of the Waterfront and surrounding areas.
The downstairs area consists of a small bedroom with double bed opening up to an atrium and the third bedroom is large with two single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas open onto a small garden offering the same awesome views of the Waterfront and surrounds. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher, heaters in rooms, electric blankets, TV with DSTV, DVD and Hi-Fi.
