18 on Buitekant is a spacious 3 bedroom home situated in the southern part of Greyton. This self catering house sleeps up to 12 guests. The garden is not yet established, but it has a patio with braai facilities and great views. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. One other bedroom has 2 double beds and a loft area with extra sleeping space for 4 guests on 2 fold out futon’s. The fully equipped kitchen, big fireplace and upmarket furniture makes this home the ideal place for a relaxing holiday or just a week-end get-away.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R 500 per night for up to 2 guests
• R 80 per person thereafter for up to 12 guests
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance due on arrival
• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 11h00 unless arranged otherwise
