BLUE GUM - Greyton accommodation

Blue Gum is a fresh newly built  2-bedroom /2-bathroom cottage – both en-suite with shower, toilet, basin.  Both bedrooms with double beds and a loft are with a double mattress for two more. Separate guest toilet. The house sleeps 4 guests comfortably in two bedrooms and ideally 2 children in the loft area.

  

The country kitchen is small but fully equipped. The lounge/dining room area with sofa and 6 seater dining table. Blue Gum offers brand new beds with  crisp white linen, with fresh and comfortable minimalistic furnishings. The house has an ouside braai area with weber braai facilities and is surrounded by a big garden which will be established by next summer. This quaint cottage  is the ideal weekend get-away.

  

The Facilities:
• Linen & bath/hand towels provided
• Fully equipped kitchen with medium size fridge, full stove, microwave, toaster & kettle
• Fire place
• Weber Braai facilities wood/charcoal - own wood/charcoal/fire lighters
• No TV or Music systems.

  

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance payable 3 days prior to arrival.

• R800 per night for 2 adults (minimum requirement for the house per night)
• R150 per adult per night thereafter up to 4 adults
• Children between 2 and 12 at R100 per child per night
• Children under 2 in own cot free of charge

• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• Minimum 2 nights
• Pets welcome – but garden not fully enclosed
• Smoking outside
• No Pool

  

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is after 14h00 and check-out before 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
