Die Stoep will meet with all your requirements of plush decor and typical Greyton Style lay-out and interior. This establishment can be rented on self-catering basis for up to 6 guests OR per room on bed & breakfast basis for individual couples with a breakfast voucher from Searles Trading Post. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms with fresh percale linen and quilts will be appreciated by discerning guests.

  

Die Stoep offers a main bedroom with queen bed and full en-suite with bath, shower, basin and toilet.  The second bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom consisting of bath, basin & toilet.  The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with en-suite shower, basin and toilet.  The lounge area also has a guest toilet & basin.

 

The tastefully decorated and fully equipped kitchen also offers a 8-seater dining area.  The main lounge is comfortably decorated and includes a 6-seater dining area and fireplace that opens up to the outdoor verandah with built in braai facilities and outdoor dining area.  A cosy second lounge with a 2nd fireplace and small library adds to the living spaces of this cottage.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance payable 3 days prior to arrival.

• On Self-Catering basis:
• R1 500 per night for 2 to 4 guests
• R250 per person thereafter up to 6 guests
• Children between 5 and 12 years at R125 per child per night
• Children under 5 free of charge
• Two nights minimum requirement

• On Bed & Breakfast basis:
• R490 per per night sharing, inclusive of breakfast
• R690 per  single person per night, inclusive of breakfast
• Children between 5 and 12 years at R250 per child per night
• Children under 5 free of charge
• One night bookings accepted

• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• Refundable damage deposit of R200 if pets are brought along
• Minimum 2 nights
• Pet and Child friendly
• Smoking outside

• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
