High hopes offers stylish, comfortable accommodation and country house luxury. All our rooms have excellent quality beds and are well appointed. All rooms open either onto gardens or verandahs with cafe style chairs and tables. The daily menus are changed for keeping the guests delighted. There are tea and coffee making facilities in all the rooms as well as fans and fireplaces. No alcohol is served.

• Buttercup – (King bed or twin, en-suite with bath and shower, separate toilet, separate lounge, fireplace and fan)
• R600 pppn sharing Bed & Breakfast
• Single supplement R900 per person per night

• Iris - (Queen bed, en-suite with shower only, fireplace and fan)
• R400 per person per night sharing, inclusive of breakfast
• Single supplement R600 per person per night, inclusive of breakfast

• Lily – (King extra length bed or twin, DSTV small screen, en-suite bath only, lounge area with fireplace, beautiful bay window overlooking garden, furnished verandah)

• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and

All rooms have cotton percale bed linen and down duvets and rates include a 4 course breakfast.
