Your ultimate Greyton getaway for the whole family.  Ilongwe offers spacious living areas with all amenities and upmarket furnishings, patio with braai facilities and swimming pool (child safe).  This three bedroom, two bathroom house is situated close to the river side of Greyton with safe garden for children and awesome mountain views. The main house sleeps 4 guests comfortably in two bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. Main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 2 standard single beds.

  

The loft cottage sleeps 2 guests in double en-suite bedroom and a sleeper coach for another 2 guests.  8 guests maximum plus one camp cot.  Lovely, fully equipped open plan country kitchen with dining room with 8 seater dining table.

• Own Swimming towels required
• Fully equipped for babies/children – high chair / pram / cot / changer / baby bath/baby carrier for hiking,etc.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, stove, microwave, hot tray, fridge, toaster & kettle, sandwich maker.

• Toys and board games
• 2 x adult bicycles for guests use
• 1 x kids push bike
• Gas Fireplace
• Heaters and heated blankets
• Braai facilities – Gas braai and weber - own wood/charcoal/fire lighters
• No TV
• Wireless ADSL (WAP key will be provided)

• Pool with safety net (in use summer months October to March)

  

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R1 250.00 per night for the main house - 4 guests
• R 500.00 per night for the loft cottage - 2 guests
• R1 750 per night for both

• R1000 refundable damage deposit required
• R200 per day gas fee
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance payable 3 days prior to arrival.
• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• Minimum 2 nights
• Pets by arrangement, own beds/toys/fully trained
• Smoking outside

  

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
