Set in a quiet corner of Greyton, this spacious 3-bedroom cottage offers 2 full bathrooms, a large lounge and dining room area and a sheltered patio with a large private garden. Oaktree Corner has great mountain views, a swimming pool and an outside braai. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, stove and microwave oven and the lounge has a Jetmaster fireplace and TV with DVD player (no DSTV).

All bedrooms have excellent quality beds and linen, and towels are provided. The spacious main bedroom has a king-size bed, and sliding doors to the patio and pool area. This room has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, bath and separate shower.

The second bedroom has a standard-sized double bed with ample built-in wardrobers, and is situated right next to a bathroom with toilet and shower. The third bedroom is very large, and two single beds are provided. It is ideal for children and there is room for additional mattresses if supplied by guests.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R1 000 per night for first 4 guests
• R250 per person per night thereafter, maximum 6 adults
• R300 refundable deposit if pets are brought along
• babies in own cot - no charge
• Discounts offered on mid-week or long stays - please enquire
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance due on arrival
• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• pets by arrangement but additional R300 refundable deposit required

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 11h00 unless arranged otherwise
