Twin Oaks is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, ideally for 2 separate families. The one wing has a main bedroom en-suite with baby cot and another bedroom with queen bed & bathroom. The other wing has a bedroom with queen bed & kitchenette and another bedroom with twin beds, sharing a bathroom. Spacious lounge and dining area with fire place (wood provided), & TV with DSTV, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Linen provided. Huge undercover patio with braai facilities. Beautiful big garden with views and swimming pool. No pets.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R1200 for the first 4 guests - minimum requirement
• R250 per adult thereafter - up to 8 guests
• R125 per child - 5 to 12 years old
• under 5 stay free of charge
• R200 surcharge for a one night stay
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance due on arrival
• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• no pets

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
