Valmont, situated close to the river side, opposite the nature reserve, with awesome unobstructed mountain views,  surrounded by beautiful lawns and a huge dam, offers discerning guests everything they would expect from  an up-market holiday home.

  

Valmont is a double storey house with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, large open plan modern kitchen, equipped with all amenities, spacious living areas and 2 separate lounges.   Stylish furnishings and undercover entertainment area’s with weber braai facilities, complete this comfortable thatched establishment.

  

The house sleeps 6 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms.  Main Bedroom en-suite with double bed,  2nd bedroom with double bed and adjacent bathroom and another bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds and bathroom.  Double lock up garage with inside parking for one car and ample safe parking on the property for more than one car.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R500 refundable damage deposit required
• R100 per day gas fee
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance payable 3 days prior to arrival.

• R1 600.00 per night for 2 to 4 guests (minimum requirement)
• R200 per person thereafter up to 6 guests
• Children between 2-12 at R100 per child
• Baby in own cot free of charge

• no cheques, debit or credit cards

• Minimum 2 nights

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
