Weltevreden House - Greyton self catering accommodation

Weltevreden House is situated near the end of Greytons oak lined main road. Weltevreden emanates a feeling of old world charm, exclusivity and luxurious comfort. The house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, with queen and king sized beds. The large garden, swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and outside entertainment and braai area, are ideal for those social get-togethers.

The fully equipped kitchen includes double oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plus all accessories, and a dining area with seating for 8 or 10 guests. The lounge area includes TV with DSTV COMPACT, entertainment system and fireplace. The house is air conditioned throughout and includes fans and heaters.

There are two spacious bedrooms upstairs, one king and one queen, both with en-suite bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, while the other with a shower only. The one upstairs bedroom has its own outside balcony and seating area. The two downstairs bedrooms, one queen and one double room, are both en-suite with showers only. The main bedroom downstairs leads out to the swimming pool and garden.

Accommodation Rates and Booking Procedures:
• R2 500 for the house per night
• mimimum 2 nights during holidays and long weekends
• R500 surcharge for one night only
• 50% deposit payable, prior to arrival, to secure the booking and
   balance due on arrival
• cash and internet transfers accepted
• no cheques, debit or credit cards

Restrictions:
• pets welcome

Arrival and Departure:
• check-in time is 14h00 and check-out 10h00 unless arranged otherwise
