Greyton Weekends

Our offices are located in Greyton and we may be contacted by email at any time, but our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 9h00 to 17h00 and our offices are closed over weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

As your booking agent, we will not be around at the time of your check in and it is therefore vitally important that you have read your booking form and know the name of the place that you have booked, the address, directions and contact details of the house manager and key collection details of the establishment where you have booked, as provided on your booking form.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING US BY TELEPHONE - the volume of enquiries do not allow for telephone bookings and we will not have the answers on availability or the options available to you, at the time of your  phone call. We realise that your enquiry is important and that you need answers straight away and we will treat your email  enquiry with this in mind. Time is of the essence and we want to save your own time as well as ours, therefore we need your enquiry in writing with:

- Your name and email address
- Your contact number (mobile)
- Your number of guests (adults/children/ages)
- Your dates
- Where you would ideally like to stay
- And lastly, your requirements (if your ideal cottage/B&B is not available) in order for us to provide you with similar suitable options.

TO ENABLE US TO RESPOND SUPER QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY after we had the necessary time to process your enquiry.

Please take note that we need at least 24 hours notice for a booking in any of our self-catering cottages to be able to get the cottages ready for our guests. Last minute enquiries coming in on a Friday for the same weekend will result in disappointment, so please ensure that you get your enquiry in 24 hours before you wish to arrive.

DIRECTIONS:

To get to Greyton, take the N2 east from Cape Town towards Caledon. About 110km outside of Cape Town, turn left onto the R406 at the Genadendal/Greyton sign. After 32km the R406 will lead you straight into Greyton. If you happen to get lost on your way, please dont hesitate to give us a call.
